We picked our favorite Stone Island items from the SS20 sale at Pockets Fashion for our latest review!
As the summer months come to an end there are plenty of sales popping off at retailers and some bargains to be had! We've tried something different for this review, picking our favorite Stone Island items in Pockets SS20 sale.
“ Ghost pieces, derived from the concept of military camouflage are produced to be totally monochromatic.”
The two items we picked out are a matching set featuring the Cotton Popover Hoodie & 5 Pocket Cargos both with a heavy military feel! Read below to see what we thought of them and where to buy.
The Stone Island Ghost range is notorious for its military influences of camouflage that run through all designs. Since 2011 when the range was launched we have been spoiled with various monochromatic pieces ranging from the original Ventile to the more recent Tank Shield. This season has been no different with a full selection of Beige, Khaki and Navy pieces dropping for SS20. We have got our hands on the matching Popover Hoodie & 5 Pocket Cargos in Navy and it's safe to say we are impressed. The Hoodie is a Smock style half zip with double breast pockets in a contrast material. The Hoodie is made up of a Cotton & Elastane blend making it nice and light with panels and seams on the arms + shoulders giving a nice look to the garment.
The Cargos are just as nice, a roomy fit around the waist and crotch with slight tapering to the leg make them really comfortable to wear. With a 5 pocket layout being the norm on most Cargos, we rated the switch up on this design with the diagonal zipper pocket which has two compartments inside perfect for your phone or wallet. The Cargos have the classic mid leg bellow pockets either side completing the military looking set perfectly. Whether you're out on maneuvers or just heading to the shops these bad boys have got you covered.
If you want to get your hands on the set hit up the Pockets site for some great deals in their SS20 sale! There are plenty of other bits from Stone Island & C.P. Company on the site as well so be sure to check them out.
